Jose Trevino Obituary
Joseph married Estella Cortez Trevino on December 19, 1948, and their marriage lasted 62 years. The couple resided in Point Comfort for 70 years, during which Joseph was recognized as the oldest resident of the town. He was employed by Alcoa for 32 years and served as a Pentecostal minister in Port Lavaca, Edna, and Bloomington for four decades.
He is survived by his beloved children Rosalinda Trevino Perez (Honorable Judge Raymond) of Port Lavaca, Tx, Rosaelba Juarez (Abel) of Victoria, Tx, Pastor Ruben Trevino (Rosie) of Victoria, and Ramiro Trevino (Alma) of Port Lavaca, Tx. Joseph is also survived by his sister Esperanza DeLosSantos of Amarillo, Tx, eleven grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
Joseph is preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife Estella; son Raynaldo Trevino, and his siblings Alcaria Maldonado, Josefa Maldonado, Consuelo Sustaita, Beatrice Anzaldua, Carmen Pompa, Simon Trevino, Abel Trevino, Fred Trevino Sr., Julian Trevino, and Juanito Trevino.
A Visitation will be held at New Beginnings Church, 301 Alcoa Dr. in Port Lavaca, Tx on January 15, 2026, beginning at 9am with a Prayer Service to begin at 10am. Burial to follow at Port Lavaca Cemetery.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Ruben Lee Trevino, Isaac Juarez, Jeremy Juarez, Joshua Trevino, Carl Humble, and Rey Aaron Perez.

My uncle Joe will always be an uncle that I truly respected and admired. He came from humble beginnings. God has him by his side. He will be missed by all. Our condolences to his family.
