Pepe tenía un profundo amor por la naturaleza y encontró alegría trabajando la tierra durante toda su vida. Atesoraba el tiempo que pasaba con su familia, a menudo compartiendo sus pasiones por la pesca, la buena música y una cerveza fría. Su espíritu juguetón y sus frases memorables como "Vengache", "Pos no chiflao" y "Ya vas empezar" serán extrañadas por todos los que lo conocieron y amaron. A Pepe le sobreviven sus amados hijos y nietos, quienes siempre llevarán su recuerdo en sus corazones.
