Jose Carlos Ward, born in the province of Colón in the Republic of Panama, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025, at the age of 95.
Jose dedicated his life to service and integrity, working as a Correctional Officer for 33 years and serving as a role model in upholding the law and being a good citizen with strong morals. He was meticulous in his work, aiming for perfection in every task, and was admired for his supportive and friendly nature.
Beyond his career, Jose was a man of passions. He was a movie enthusiast, especially fond of westerns and classic films. He loved the thrill of boxing and the timeless joy of baseball. His interests reflected his vibrant spirit and his appreciation for tradition and discipline.
Jose was a devoted husband to his beloved spouse, Virginia Ward, and a proud father to three daughters and two stepdaughters. He was a provider, a protector, and a source of strength for his family, leaving behind a legacy of love, guidance, and unwavering dedication.
He will be remembered not only for his professional contributions but also for his kindness, his generosity, and the way he touched the lives of many. His presence was a gift, and his memory will continue to inspire those who knew him.
