Joseph R. Abbadini, 73 of Cokeburg, passed away Monday, November 14, 2022 in Cambridge Creekside Senior Living, Charleroi, PA.
He was born February 15, 1949 in Brownsville, a son of the late Robert and Gladys Platter Abbadini.
Joseph was a 1967 graduate of Beth-Center High School and a graduate of California University of PA, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. He was a member of Alpha Kappa Lambda fraternity.
He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves.
Mr. Abbadini was employed as a Network Administrator with Universal Stainless & Alloy in Bridgeville for over 30 years retiring in 2015.
He was a long time member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish, Bentleyville Campus and the Knights of Columbus.
Joseph loved to tease his nieces, nephews and spend time with his grandchildren.
On May 22, 1971 he married Donna Bado Abbadini who survives. They celebrated 51 years of marriage.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, CDR Jeff Abbadini, U.S. Navy (Ret.) (Tonya) of Nolanville, Tenn. and Jerred Abbadini (Anita) of Norfolk, Va.: seven grandchildren, Tea, Alycia, Kalista, Dominic, Zachary, Joey and Alina; two siblings, Terri Hoyle (Jim) of Clarksville, and Lenny Abbadini (Lou Ann) of Waynesburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a sister Linda Abbadini.
Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd., 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA where funeral services will be held Saturday, November 19, at 11 a.m.

Joe is my cousin and it´s so sad that he is not on this earth any more, but I know he is in a better place. No more suffering.
