Joey was a good and generous guy who sponsored our softball team back in the mid to late `70s. His package store was a town institution and he always provided us with quality weekly recommendations concerning the best bang for the buck beer, wine, or spirits. I have fond memories of working out with him at North Meadow and shooting pool.
Joey made many friends throughout the years and will be greatly missed.
My deepest sympathies to his family and close friends.
