Joseph "Joe" F. Beall, 64, of Cumberland, IN passed away on December 23, 2018 at his home. Joe was born January 11, 1954 to Forest K. Beall and W. Louise (Duncan) Beal in Indianapolis, IN. After attending IUPUI, he enjoyed working as a contractor pouring concrete and offering his snow removal services in the winter. He later met his partner and best friend, Vicki Reintjes, and they have been happily together by each other's sides for 41 years prior to his passing. He was known for being a hard worker as well as an avid boater, who will be greatly missed and who never knew a stranger. Joe is survived by his girlfriend, Vickie Reintjes. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial contributions may be made in Joe's memory to The Wheeler Mission Ministries of Indianapolis, 205 E. New York St., Indianapolis, IN, 46204. Joe was a classmate in the great class of 72' at NPHS. I remember him in Mr. Hartman's Spanish class-always made class interesting and entertaining. A super nice guy to all-Joe, you will be missed.

Joe was such a special soul, he always put a smile on our faces. Such a great friend and neighbor. The name Agnus will always and forever make me giggle! So many great memories:) You will be missed Joe!!

It saddens me to hear of Joe's Passing. I have many special memories of Joe and my thoughts and prayers are with you Vickie at this sad time. This grand earth has lost a good man way too young.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Vicki, I am sorry for your loss .
