I had the privilege of working alongside Joe for several years in Houston. He was a natural born leader and a friend to everyone he met. When I was going through a bad time, it was Joe who took me under his wing and helped me find myself again. He was truly an amazing man. You will truly be missed here on earth Joe, but you will live on through the people who were lucky enough to know and love you. Myself included! Rest in peace Joe!
