A true gentleman. RIP Joe.

As a parishioner at St Charles Borromeo Church when Joe was a deacon here, I remember him for his kindness and humility, and for being a gentle and friendly person. As Deacon, Joe left a lasting impression with my young family - and even today (more than a decade later), my boys (who are young men now) remember Deacon Joe fondly. He was a good man. May his soul Rest in Peace.

Such a kind, beautiful, lovely person. Filled with love and light, humor and intellectual prowess. He will be missed by all who knew him.
