I was just received a notice from Gonzaga about Corky's death. We used to ride the ST Michael's bus together from Annandale to Gonzaga. We were pretty good friends. We worked at the Hot Shoppes together. I wish I had know he was in San Antonio as I live in Houston and it would have been good to see him.

We were close friends at Georgetown for first two years. He always loved telling me how his father helped LBJ become a US Senator by stuffing a ballot box! We had some good times...My thoughts are with all the family...Just found out today through the "Network." Kingston Cole

My father was and always will be my hero. Words cannot describe how much I love, admire and miss him every day. I miss his unwavering love and support, heartfelt encouragement, great listening skills and advice, history lessons and childhood tales ...and even his not so stellar singing and corny jokes. Dad, thank you for being one of the most loving, loyal, kindest, giving, selfless and humble fathers any girl could ever know. I will love you forever and always.

Sending healing prayers and comforting hugs. I am very sorry for your loss. May the love of God give the Corcoran's family members peace, comfort, and strength through the days ahead. I hope you feel surrounded by much love. I know the pain the Corcoran's family members are experiencing since my mother was buried the day before Colonel Corcoran passed.

Colonel Corcoran was the best Air Force Colonel I had the pleasure of working for during my 30 years of Air Force service. Several of us worked for Col Corcoran while assigned to Kiev, Ukraine in 1998 and 1999 as a Military Liaison Team. He was a great leader, very personable off-duty as we shared several dinners together. I will never forget when I visited my family in Ramstein, Germany he asked me to bring him some Popeye's Chicken Breasts back to Kiev. I will miss him.

My deepest sympathies to the family. Joe will be missed. As his cousin, we saw each other frequently when we were growing up. In Pittsburgh, in Texas, in Virginia when he was in high school, then much later when he had moved back to Virginia with his young family. My best memories are all the times we were in San Antonio at Joe and Birdie Lea's house. We had a few great family reunions there. Most recently I visited him when I was working in the Philippines. Just a couple of months ago I had contacted him when I was in San Antonio: however he was in Australia. It is amazing that we saw each other as often as we did. I know he will be missed by his children and grandchildren and his sister Kathleen. Prayers are offered for all.

We are deeply saddened and are keeping the entire Corcoran family in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I'm glad to have had the pleasure of knowing Mr Corcoran. I remember always seeing him with a smile on his face. He loved you all very much. While visiting with my sister Christina (Colin) there were a few times that Mr Corcoran would show up for a visit with them. He was a wonderful grandfather and I could see how much he loved his grandkids, Kaylea and Kaleb. I have very fond memories of him as we shared a few thanksgiving memories with him. I remember he always would make his traditional ham for thanksgiving and would reminisce about his time in the military. Now he will watch down on you from the heavens and smile down on you. May God comfort you and know that one day you will see him again. Love you, Colin, Christina, Kaylea and Kaleb. Love your sister, aunt Mary ❤

I wish to express my deepest condolences to the family and friends of Joseph Corcoran. I had the honor of meeting Joe in the Philippines, when he became the leader of a very diverse and talented experts during my tenure for the company we both worked for. He had a very unique ability to understand the issue of his Philippine counterpart and on most occasion, it became their ideas to brief the senior leadership, on the necessary reforms on their internal procedures. In the role as team leader of a very diverse group of very senior and highly qualified employees, he understood their needs, challenges and most of all their strengths. What a great human being. May he rest in peace."

I was sadden to hear of the passing of my cousin Cork. Unfortunately my last contact with Cork was in 1965 as we were both pallbearers for our grandfather Patrick Corcoran.

I wish to express my condolences to the family of Joe. I worked with him on the Board Of Directors at Bent Oak Town Houses, Inc. His knowledge and grasp of management helped to run a smooth orginaziation. I will most remember him walking his dog several times a day and was always good for a chat. Will miss you Joe.

My condolences to all of Joe's family and friends. I will miss him. I always appreciated Joe's work in the Philippines. He was a great leader for our team of talented subject matter experts. He was a big picture guy who could also zero in to the root causes of a problem. As a leader of men, he led by example, always keeping focus on the objective. He was adept in helping his Philippine counterparts understand issues and he was amazingly successful in helping them come up with their own ideas on how to reform internal procedures. As the team leader, he was sensitive to individual needs, strengths and challenges. He was a good friend to all. The world has lost a fine and talented man. May he rest in peace.

I wish to express my condolences to the family of Joseph Corcoran. My husband worked with him in the Philippines for 5 years. While there, he was very kind to me and supported me with interesting communication and philosophy. He was the one who asked how I was upon returning from my daughter's brain surgery. He was kind each time I met him at a dinner or in the halls of our apartment complex. I wish to especially give regards to his friend, Sam as she was also very kind to me as well. Please tell her I think of her and hope she is well. May all find peace.
Hugs,
Sharon

To Joe's family. I truly am sorry for your loss. Joe was a good neighbor and friend. I moved away a year ago but missed him and remembered his wit and sarcasm. Words cannot convey my gratitude for Joe and all he did for our community
