Joseph Delvecchio Obituary
On August 31, 2023 Joseph William Delvecchio passed away; devoted father of Christina Nielsen and her husband Michael, and Jennifer Lucker and her husband Sean; beloved "Pop-Pop" of Italia, Isaiah, Avrianna, Elijah, Alivia, Emma, Micah, Zephaniah, Norah and Nolan; loving son of the late Stephen and the late Marie Delvecchio; dear brother of Stephanie Delvecchio, Frank Delvecchio, Stephen Delvecchio Jr, and Marie Delvecchio; long-time companion of Erica Cole. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Rita's Catholic Church, 3 Dunmanway, Dundalk, MD 21222 on Friday, September 8th, 2023 at 10 am. Visiting hours will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Thursday, September 7th, 2023 from 4 - 7 pm.
Interment at Gardens of Faith Cemetery

Joe was a good man and an excellent friend. My husband and I have wonderful memories of him both in Pleasant Valley and in the store. We shared some laughs and he went out of his way to help us. We especially appreciated his care for animals. His last few days were not his norm. We're really going to miss him. See you on the Other Side, Joe.
