Joseph was born on July 23, 1958 and passed away on Friday, January 27, 2017. Joseph was a resident of Casper, Wyoming at the time of passing. Joe attended Natrona County High School and Casper College in Casper, Wyoming. Following the Marines, Joe had many interesting jobs from cab driver to medical courier to lineman. Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at the Allnutt Macy Chapel with a reception to follow in the Allnutt Reception Center.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of Joes family. He was a special cousin. We enjoyed so much time together as children and also as young adults in high school. I have many fond memories of Joe. A very special man to all he knew and loved.
