My condolences to the family. I worked with Joe at Sperry. I will always remember his kindness. He was special.

I spent some time working with Joe before he retired. He was a smart man and a true joy to work with.

When we were young, we spent a lot of time with our Farinholt cousins. Joe's graciousness was part of him from his very early years. I remember him as gentle and kind and will miss knowing he is among us. Love to his family.

My mother, Mary McSweeney Alexander, always spoke lovingly and well of her nephew, Joe. I remember him as a gentle soul at her funeral. Our love to his family.

I was of the same Lane High class as Joe's brother, Bob. Bob and I were good friends. During college and after I worked with Joe at Sperry. Joe was always friendly and thoughtful. I will always remember his gracious, broad smile. I am sorry to hear of his death. Joe was a fine gentleman.
