Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Rev. Frazier can be viewed at 12 noon Monday. The family will also receive friends at this time. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Interment Roselawn Memory Gardens.
