Yesterday

My sincere condolences to Joe's friends, families and co-workers.
Joe and I were fortunate to have 3 chapters over the years. First, being classmates in High School 1965. Second, we became In-Laws as both of us married in to the Rose Family. Birthdays, Holidays and raising Children. Third, we became Outlaws but close Friends forever. I know him to be the very best Son, Brother, Husband and Father. Always a Gentleman and caring Friend.

I worked with Joe for over 25 years during his service on the Board of Directors of Kings County Water District. He was a good man with sound views on matters coming before the District. He also served his Country and was a patriot. To all his family please accept my condolences. Ray Carlson.
