Mr Hartmann was one of the most influential people in my life as well as so many of us Gibby kids. Thank you Mr Hartmann for being such a great neighbor, coach, teacher, community leader, and human being. You will be missed but never forgotten.
Rest In Peace.

For me, my sister JoAnne Romantini and my parents Ruth and Edward Parkinson we are deeply saddened by the lost of a good man like Joe Hartman. He will forever be missed but his legacy and the lives he touched will continue on. He made a difference with his life and we were all lucky to have known him. A life well spent and filled with love and respect for his fellow man."
