Funeral service will be held Friday, April 3, 2026 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, 500 Weems Street, Picayune, MS 39466 at 1:00 p.m.. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Brown’s Funeral Home Chapel, 1011 Rosa Street, Picayune, MS from Noon – 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in the New Palestine Cemetery, 2500 Palestine Road, Picayune, MS 39466.
Joseph Harvey was born December 31, 1958 to Margaret and Frank Harvey, Jr. in New Orleans, LA.
He was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Wyman Gaulden. He will be truly missed in this community because he was one of the best mechanics.
On Tuesday, March 24, 2026, his grace lead him home to be with the Lord at Ochsner Main Campus Hospital at the age of 67.
