Dear Horvath family, Joe left some lasting memories from when we worked together at RU. After knowing him for 30+ years, there was always laughs to be shared even when we met up after we started working in different departments. You can always count on him to grab your attention especially with the little rhymes he would make up. We both enjoyed music and instead of turning on the radio while working we would sing a song taking turns with the verses to see who would remember them. Please accept my condolences and I pray that you find peace and comfort during this difficult time. Joe always talked about his family, you were his favorite subject. So sorry for your loss.

Dear Diana and family,
We were so sorry to hear of Joes passing. We worked together at the New Brunswick Board of Ed for 10 years or more. I remember him fondly except for when lost his keys, which was often, but seriously, we are very sorry for your loss. Our prayers for his eternal rest.

I will always remember my nephew "little Joey". He was the most adorable child: funny, happy, mischievous. The last conversation we had a few weeks ago we fondly recalled those childhood memories and had a few laughs. I'm sure that his mom (my sister) and dad greeted him at heaven's gate with all the angels. I Love you LIttle Joey! Rest in Peace Angel, Joey! Aunt Stephanie

My condolences to the family. Though I didn't know Joe for very long, several years, I like to think I knew him well. Stories about his mother's sewing prowess, his love of good music, the old days of new and north Brunswick. His infectious smile, and his big heart. Always there when you needed a hand. He will be missed. Rest In Peace my friend.
