Joseph Inman, age 97, of Gallatin, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2025. He was born in Linden, Tennessee on June 23, 1927 to the late James and Nancy Inman. He is also preceded in death by his wife of 73 years, Norma Jean Inman. He is survived by his children, Larry (Bobbie Gene) Inman, Melba (John) Fuller, Connie ( Gene) Pittman; grandchildren, Sammy (Shannel) Cantavespre, Brittany (Chase) Sofiak, Jody (Krystal) Inman, Latrice (David) Pittman, Tiffany Brummett, and 14 great-grandchildren. Joseph proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy, was retired from Ford Glass Plant, and a long time member of Longview Missionary Baptist Church. He loved his farm, and was proud to live there for over 45 years. Visitation will be at Crestview Funeral Home Friday April 18, from 12-2pm, with service to follow. Interment will be at Crestview Memory Gardens with military honors.
