Visiting hours will be held at the Minor Funeral and Cremation Center on Sunday, November 23, 2025, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Military funeral honors and a memorial service will follow at 12:30 p.m. A reception at The Grange in Milton will follow immediately after the service. One of Joe’s final wishes was that those attending the reception bring their favorite homemade hot dish to share.
