Joseph “Joey” E. Houff, age 62, of Austin, Minnesota, died at his home on Saturday, March 30, 2024, after a brief illness. Joey lived his whole life in Austin. He enjoyed going shopping, bowling, trips to McDonald’s, and loved family visits.
He is survived by his sisters, Debbie (Pat) Fryer of Winona, MN, and Sandy McAlister of Winona, MN; brothers, Tom Houff of Austin, MN and Rick Houff of Austin, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Alice Houff, and brother, Gary Houff.
There will be a private family service to celebrate his life with his siblings. Memorials are preferred to the Austin Alano Club, 1504 10th Dr. SE., Austin, MN 55912. Worlein-Hoff Funeral Homes are assisting the family with arrangements.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
