Joseph "Beppe" Lorenzetti

SENECA FALLS - Joseph "Beppe" Lorenzetti, 85, died peacefully on May 24, 2025, with his loved ones by his side. He was born December 27, 1939, in Castelnuovo, Italy, and immigrated to Seneca Falls, N.Y., in 1960. Joe will be cherished for his exceptional craftsmanship and deep devotion to his family. He took great pride in the numerous homes he constructed and renovated throughout his career. He was a dedicated employee of Goulds Pumps for over 27 years. In his leisure time, he found joy in fishing and hunting, but his greatest pleasures came from tending to his garden and spending cherished time with his grandchildren.

Joe shared nearly 65 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Mary Pluretti. He leaves behind his children Dr. Robert (Margaret) Lorenzetti and Rita (Steve) Scott; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and eleven nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law Adriana Shutter, Louise (Dennie) Miller, and Nancy Pluretti. Joe was preceded in death by his parents Giulio and Anita Lorenzetti; his sister and brother-in-law Rita and Guiliano Pedrini; his grandson Justin Christensen; and his brothers-in-law Don Shutter and Rino Pluretti.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick's Church, 97 West Bayard St., Seneca Falls, on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Francis and St. Clare Parish, 35 Center St., Waterloo, N.Y. 13165.
