Sherrie and Family - I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your father. I can truly relate to the pain you are experiencing right now since I lost my dad three years ago. Chip sold 2 houses for me and even helped me moved once. He offered his services as a real estate professional in an extremely genuine, well informed and personable manner.

Chip was a good friend of my father's and I considered him a friend as well. One of the nicest men I've ever met. I am saddened to learn of this sudden loss and send sincere condolences to his family. He will be greatly missed by many.

Linda called me this morning and told me about your Dad, I am truly sorry. My love, thoughts, and prayers are with you and your family.

Chip will be terribly missed. Definitely a great man with a huge heart & soul. He believed in people when sometimes we didn't believe in ourselves. Our sincerest condolences, thoughts and prayers go to his family & numerous friends. He will truly, truly be missed.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of our friend Chip. He will be greatly missed and always remembered for his community and county loyalty, church and especially for the senior trips. I shall always remember the great time we had in Washington at the Cathedral and on the bus trip there. God has a new companion.
