I was very sorry to read of Joe´s passing. I´m so sorry for your loss. Joe was a really nice guy and a good student in my real estate school a long time ago. He made good use of that by helping many families with their real estate needs.

It was hard to watch what my friend had been going through over the past few years. We went back to when we were in St. Monica's, through high school, Air Force enlistment, my wedding, and beyond. Joe was in my bridal party. I'll remember him as a fun guy who played and worked hard, never forgetting his friends, and I'll share two photos. A little grainy, but Joe and I around 1964, and one of Joe in my bridal party in 1973. I'll miss you, Joe, but I'm glad your ordeal is over. RIP til we meet again.

Joe was very kind man. He respected all his neighbors and would always poke fun at my mom and she would obviously return the jab. Gonna miss you Joe.
