In Loving Memory of Joseph M. Mazza
Joseph M. Mazza, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2025 at the age of 64. Known for his generous heart, adventurous spirit, and boundless imagination, he left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
A lifelong bachelor, he poured his love into his family and friendships. He had a passion for motorcycles, often setting off on long rides to explore the country. The open road was his sanctuary-a place where he found freedom, inspiration, and peace. His motorcycle journeys were more than travel; they were a celebration of life.
He was also an entrepreneur, bringing his creativity and determination into his own business ventures. When he wasn't riding or working, he was building-whether it was with intricate model kits or elaborate Lego sets, his hands were always busy and his imagination always active.
A big kid with a big heart, he brought joy and warmth to every room he entered. There was nothing he wouldn't do for a friend, and his loyalty was unwavering. His generosity, sense of humor, and adventurous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving mother, Dorothea Mazza; his devoted sister, Dorothy Handler; his steadfast sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Michael Jacobson; his cherished nieces and nephews: Michael Bordwell, Michelle Brown, Amy (Jon) Carlson, Allyssa (Steven) Harrington, Eli Handler, Thomas Jacobson and Joseph Jacobson; and many adored grand nieces and nephews: Xander Vogel, Victoria Vogel, Connor Vogel, Rachel Brown, Caleb Carson, Spencer Harrington and Jack Harrington.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered. His memory will forever ride on in the hearts of those who loved him.
