Len Pinkley
April 16, 2025
I grew up next door to Joe George but was much younger.. He was off to Chaminade and college during my grade school days. He was ten years my senior; he and my cousin Morgan Casey were the same age and were friends all their late adolescent and adult lives. Morgan traveled the road to the seminary and ordination in 1962 in St. Louis. Joe's brilliance in math (like his Dad) took him to realms that I can only imagine. I enjoyed his siblings and have seen Martha on a few occasions over the years mostly associated with then Bishop Morgan in his retired years in St. Louis. The McCrates and the Pinkley's came from small town roots and were blessed by it. May Joe George rest in the arms of our loving Lord and may all his living siblings feel his presence each day. Dr. Len Pinkley Amory, MS.

Joe installed an elaborate stereo at the new home in Portageville. John and I enjoyed the highest quality music we ever heard.
Rest in peace.
