A wonderful man , always upbeat with a smile . Got a kick out of Joe almost every time I saw him he would say to me " alms for the poor " , I would reach into my pocket and Joe would just chuckle . He will definitely be missed .

Joe was a wonderful character at our Knights fundraisers. I'll always remember him as the chef who brought his own utensils.
His contagious smile and huge heart will be missed.
May all of the happy memories of Joe be of comfort to his family during this time.
Blessings,

Met Joe only within the past year. It was 5:30 AM and he was at the stove cooking for Knights of Columbus breakfast. Certainly did like him.
God's Providence is Good, but truly regret not knowing Joe longer.
