To Donna, Taylor, and family-
Joseph was really a one-of-a-kind person, who easily became one of my favorites. His laughter and antics are what I fondly remember most. I have missed him since he retired from the Middletown office, and I am so deeply sorry to hear of his passing. I'm sending my thoughts and prayers your way. May he rest in peace.
