Joe was a great guy. Full of vigor. He will be missed but remembered forever.

Joe was my direct boss this year. I had always known him to be a positive, always laughing kinda guy but I´m so thankful I got to see more of it, as our professional relationship developed. He was so funny, a great listener and was always there when you needed him. I remember a few weeks ago, he got a haircut and I saw him on a meeting. I messaged him to the side and said "I love your hair today, cut looks great" and he immediately messaged back "thanks. it´s a wig." And I still laugh about that. He was so witty and so funny when you least expected it. I´ll miss it. He used to answer my calls with "CARP! What´s up?" and then we´d laugh about our jobs and clients. I´ll miss that too.
He was such a positive light in this world and his absence will be felt by all of us forever. Joe taught me a lot both professionally and personally and I will forever try to make him proud for it. He loved his girls so much, he always talked about them and I remember him telling me he couldn´t go Naples this year because of a soccer tournament he couldn´t miss. I hope you´re in paradise Joe Palm, if anyone deserves it, it´s you.
