Joseph E. Prochilo

I am saddened to know of Joe's passing. Oh yes he was passionate in many ways and I have learned alot from him thru Deaf Task Force that covered various topics. One of them is the Shrewsbury survey to see if the eating places are accessible or not. It is more than this that I learned from him. I am sharing the prayers with you all especially his wife , family and relatives.
