Joe, "Captain" . , for over 20yrs I known Joe, my Dear dear friend may he rest in peace but forever live in our hearts and memories. Meeting Joe, and his beloved best friend Arti, was the days I will forever remember. We had a friendship that was special and never mattered how much time passed , we could pick up right where we left off, each visit or lunch or dinner we shared. Mama called me "the little one" and may he rest in peace seeing Mom again, He will be missed forever. With love , and condolences to the family cousins and all those close by his side. My deepest sympathy and prayers during this time and sad loss.
