He is survived by his wife. Juana Silvas; sons, Joseph Michael Silvas, II., Lawrence Matthew Silvas, Christian Anthony Silvas; siblings, Phillip Silvas and wife DeVonda, Gloria Rubio and husband Mark, Isabel Payan, Ana Payan, Rey Payan, Ismael Martinez and wife Nicole; grandchild, Leilah Rose Silvas and many other loving grandchildren, family and friends.
