Joseph was born on August 17, 1934 and passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017. Joseph was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing. He was a graduate of Shade High school, attended William and Mary College and graduated from Tampa University of Florida while on a scholarship. He served his country in the U.S. Army National Guard. Joseph was married to Olivia (Bonitz) Slovensky.
