So sorry for your loss. Joe was our neighbor for the last 23 years and I always looked forward to his walks by our house when we would catch up on how the Yankees were doing. As time went on he no longer took his walks but without fail if he drove by and saw me he would stop, roll down his window and yell out " how about them Yankees". Some people we meet by chance and I feel blessed to have made friends with Joe over the years. He will truly be missed

Joe was a great neighbor. He built the most beautiful collection of bird houses and displayed them in his back yard. His home was meticulously maintained: mowing the lawn, weeding the garden and mulching the flower beds.
He was very friendly. He had a quick wit and an easy smile. If life were fair there would be a lot more people like Joe living in the world. Every time I see a bird house I will think of him.
Rest easy my friend. You will be missed. The birds are singing a little louder today in celebration of your life.
