JOSEPH J, age 93, September 23, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Concetta D. Virgilio (nee Fragala). Loving and devoted father of Lisa (George) Wingerter. Dear son of the late Michael and Antoinette Virgilio. Dear brother of Eleanor (the late Harry) Puggi, Edward Virgilio and the late Nicholas (the late Marie) Virgilio, Beatrice (the late Joseph) Ferlaino, Marie Talarico. He is also survived by a brother-in-law Bill Dementri, many loving nieces and nephews.

Joe was a loving person who loved everyone. He loved playing the lottery and going to the casino. Some of his enjoyment was walking and eating, especially peaches. The neighborhood called him "Joe Peaches". Everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him loved him. He will be greatly missed and live on in our hearts forever.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Sunday Eve, 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. and Funeral Monday morning, 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. at Vincent Gangemi Funeral Home, Inc. 2232-2240 S. Broad St. (at Wolf St.)

Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M. at Epiphany of Our Lord Church 11th and Jackson Streets.
