Joe loved Elvis and was truly the life of the party, always bringing joy and laughter to those around him. He is survived by his daughter, Tanya (Jerry); his son, Joey (Stephanie); his grandson, Devin (Chelsey); his great-grandson, Myles; and his dear friend, Marcy.
