My deepest sympathy to Carol and family. I worked with Joe at the mill and he was a man who always had a smile. I credit him for getting me involved in the union and teaching me how to represent employees. There was only a few women in the mill in the 80's and Joe embraced and encouraged our contributions and stood by us, thank you!
