Joseph is survived by his Mother: Carol Ann Adkins Gibson; Dadoo: John Gibson; Sons: Austin M. Watson and Dustin McGinnis; Daughter: Nicki Sara (JJ) Jacobs; Stepbrother: David Gibson; Grandchildren: Addison Raine Jacobs, Connor Jacobs; Special Aunt: Lynda "LaLa" Spradlin; Special Uncle: Rebel Adkins; A Host of Cousins, Family & Special Friends.
Joseph is preceded in passing by his Father: Ealy Clay Watson; Brother: Odis Michael "Mickey" Watson; Stepmother- Opal Godsey Watson.
The family will receive friends Friday August 1, 2025, from 6PM-10PM and Saturday August 2, 2025, from 12PM-10PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, KY with services each evening at 7PM.
Funeral Services will be on Sunday August 3, 2025, at 1PM at the funeral home chapel with Corey Watson, Paul Watson and Mickey Amburgey officiating. Burial will follow at the Adkins-Collins Cemetery in Mallie, Kentucky. Joseph will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
