I am so very sad that one of the greatest guys I have ever known has died. He brought joy, humor, spirituality, love, intelligence, loyalty, devotion to God and fun into my life for my entire life.
He was like a brother to my parents. And was truly an Uncle to me and my brother.
He was there for all of the biggest moments in our lives: graduations, sacraments, weddings and funerals.
He was what I would call outrageously smart. He was very active in politics, including my Dad running for State Representative in Ohio. He called me "Sher" but with his New York accent it sounded like "Share".
If someone starts talking about him, I could talk for hours. And so could he! About any topic.
He was and always will be in my heart and soul. Love you Uncle "Whiz". I am blest that you were here and am glad you are free. God Bless You.
