Prayers to the family. Will always remember the cement shoes he always put out behind the boat at BYC on D-Pier. Was a great man and friend.

I am so sorry for your loss, Beverly. Joe helped replace my steps and sidewalk. He was special and will always be special. I will always remember our BYC days!
