Josephine Kolic Obituary
Josephine (Sabino) Kolic, 83, of Girard, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman. Josephine was born September 5, 1941 in Niles, Ohio, the daughter of Neal and Mafalda (Vivolo) Kolic.
Josephine had worked for Strouss, and then Kaufmann's retail stores, in the Liberty Plaza, retiring as a manager.
She was a member of St. Rose Church. Josephine was a hard worker and a caregiver for her family, but enjoyed going to the casino's when she could.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her grandchildren; Christina Kolic (Bruce Hileman) and Thomas A. Kolic (Fiancee Samantha Soda).
Sadly she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Kolic who died on November 21, 2008, her sons, Thomas Kolic who died April 7, 2024 and Michael Kolic who died March 22, 2016; and her brother Neal Sabino.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, July 7th, 12:00 PM at St. Rose Church, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 11:00 AM until the time of mass.
Josephine will be laid to rest at Niles Union Cemetery next to her husband.
