Josephine M. Morrison, a precious little soul, was born on July 18, 2025. She left us unexpectedly on July 22, 2025. Though her time with us was not long enough, Josephine brought joy to her loving parents, Aysa and Michael Morrison. She was deeply loved by her brother, Pierce, who loved to give her fist bumps. She felt the love of her grandparents, Geno and Amanda Kalamajka and Chris and Leigh Morrison.
Little Josephine was known for her fighting spirit. She loved the gentle touch of her daddy and mommy and would often delight those around her by playfully sticking her tongue out. Her gentle presence touched the hearts of everyone who knew her.
Josephine is survived by her great-grandparents, Debbie, Judy, Jesse (Lori), Larry (Cheryl), and Joyce, along with her uncles, Matthew (Margaret) and Mark (Melissa) Morrison. She is also remembered fondly by godparents and many other loving family members.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Gene Kalamajka and Bill Howard; and great-great-grandparents, Elma Kinty and Jesse Garrison.
Josephine will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Her memory will live on, surrounded by the love of family and friends.
A visitation will be held on July 26, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, followed by a funeral service starting at 4:00 PM. Both services will take place at Wingfoot Church located at 1690 Hillside Terrace, Akron, OH 44305.
