Josh was a very smart guy, also very dedicated. I still remember the times when he went above and beyond to help us; see Josh was one of our electricians here at Pike industries but he would do way more. I still think back to one time where he had completed all his electric duties at the plant and we still had troubles with other parts of the plant, and he stayed much longer than he needed to just to help us out, which really showed the epitome of his character, he really cared for all of us here. He was more than just an employee, he was a good friend, who could always make me laugh anyhow. Josh was also a caring and loving father, I can remember all the times he would FaceTime his kids during the day, and how excited they always would sound to talk to him. He will be deeply missed by lots of folk. He truly was a good soul.
David and I here at Pike Industries, Swanton, offer our deepest condolences to all of those affected by Josh´s passing especially his family who he loved so deeply.
