My first memory that I had with Josh was talking in depth about music and specifically Deftones lol. My favorite memory with Josh had to have been when we went to guitar studio and played the pianos. He played a few Coldplay songs and we played classic heart and souls together, then a girl and her dad came up and complimented our playing. Somehow me and Josh managed to have and hour long conversation until the place closed, we talked about school, music, and mostly god. I feel like that was my special moment with Josh because it was such a pure conversation talking about how grateful we were for small things and how some things are just pure signs of god from our experiences. Josh made me laugh when we would go exploring because he always had the best jokes and found the craziest stuff. I´ll always remember how he was always dedicated to learn and know more. He was always pushing himself to be disciplined in many aspects of life like MMA, school, music, or even physically in the gym. He was most dedicated to living his life to the fullest especially. He was such a joy to be around and talk in depth with about anything. He was open minded but also always felt deeply about things too. I´ll never forget the memories such as gym sessions where I would be able to learn more on growing my back and biceps, exploring, late drives, music reviewing, or grabbing a bite to eat. I´ll never listen to a Coldplay, Deftones, Slipknot, Slowdive, or see another Black corvette and not think of Josh. He left and impact on everyone he met and was really such a kind person to be with. I learned from Josh that it´s ok to be yourself at all times and so much more. Josh will always be remembered and may he rest in peace. Condolences to other family and friends.
