Joshua Michael "Josh" Perry

Joshua (Josh) Michael Perry passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 16, 2026, in Sandy, Utah.

Josh (41) was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a man of deep Christian faith. He was exceptionally engaged and invested in the lives of his children and poured his heart into raising them with laughter, an active lifestyle, and a life centered on God. His faith guided every part of his life, and he sought to honor the Lord in all that he did.

Josh lived a selfless life and will be remembered for the impact he had on countless others. His sense of humor, devotion to his children, and love of the outdoors were central to who he was. An outdoor and sports enthusiast, Josh enjoyed camping and boating with his family, hunting with his father and friends, and spending time with his extended family. He loved sharing his passions with his children and could often be found coaching their sports teams, supporting other youth teams, and passing on his love for activities like mountain biking, fishing, swimming, and golfing. Raised in Vermont, he developed a lifelong appreciation for nature and skiing, passions that led him west during college and shaped the active life he loved.

Josh is survived by his wife, Caress; his daughter, Isabel (12); his son, Uriah (9); his father, Robert (73); his mother, Michele (73); his sister, Sarah (44); and his brother, Christopher (42).

A celebration of Josh's life will be held on Saturday, January 24, at 10:00 a.m. at The Well Church in Sandy, Utah, 9539 South 700 East, Sandy Utah 84094.

2 Timothy 4:5–8
