Josie Russo Obituary
Josie Mae Russo passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025. Beloved daughter of the late Charles J. and Mary Cardinale Russo. Sister of the late Peter S Russo. Josie was a native of New Orleans, LA, and a lifelong resident of Harvey, LA.
Josie worked as a secretary at Louisiana Power & Light Co. and retired after 30+ years. She was a graduate of St Mary Dominican High School and Soule Business College.
She enjoyed traveling, shopping with friends, and loved spending time with family, especially around the holidays.
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA, on Monday, November 24, at 11 AM. Visitation will be from 10 AM until the funeral time. Interment will be private.
