I am at a total loss and shocked. Joy and I have known each other since childhood on Preston St. and Winship. We reconnected on Facebook and never skipped a beat. My brother unfortunately was just very sick and passed and her and I texted back and forth. My last text to her was September 2 asking her if she was ok. I so wish I knew how sick she got. Joy was an awesome friend. I so will miss our talks about everything. Her cats were her life and I sure hope they found forever homes. RIP Joy. Until we meet again.

I can write a short story. Joy and I met in 2019 on 502 Bus as she admired my nail polish LOL! ( That's how we became Great Friends) :) She Stopped me :) I was going quickly to the 101 Bus to the Veteran Affairs in Newington to work as I am I Veteran! I stood with her and spoke! We became Friends! We saw each other and exchanged #'s. We became great tight friends! She Told Me ALL ABOUT her and I told her ALL about ME! WE LAUGHED, CRIED, TALKED ABOUT SO MUCH!! SHE WAS A TRUE FRIEND!! Her heart was also to giving to others. Also, she was very empathetic towards others! I am still knitting her "Lap Blanket" the Aqua Blue, Teal, ...
