JOYCE ANN (née MORGAN) ADKINS, 87, of Powell, OH, formerly of Huntington, widow of George Ivan Adkins, passed away, Tuesday, March 10, 2026. She was born July 11, 1938 in Huntington, WV the daughter of the late, Samuel and Ann Pridemore Morgan. She retired from the Railroad as an Administrator.
