Born June 11, 1935 Died November 19, 2023 Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother passed away peacefully in her home in Ellensburg, WA surrounded by her family. Preceded in death by parents Clayton and Minnie Kisby, brother Dennis Kisby, sister Carol Schlaeppi and stepdaughter Judy England. Survived by husband George; children Laura (Don) Rudolph, Janene (Greg) Webley, Dan (Judy) Lofgren, Paula (Ron) Lofgren, Sandy (Joe) Spezialy; stepchildren Jann (Dennis) Dillon, Chuck (Ellie) Albers, John (Mary) Albers, Michael (Marsha) Albers, Rosie (Dan) Schadegg; 18 grand children and 21 great grandchildren. Joyce enjoyed a life of travel. She wintered in Sun Lakes, AZ with her husband George, entertaining many friends and family over the years. Private Memorial Service will be in Ellensburg, Washington.
