My heart is so heavy with this news. I have known Ms. Joyce for over 20 years. I pray for the entire family. She is resting in the arms of Jesus. May God give you the peace and comfort during this most difficult time.

Joyce was the sweetest,most caring,and the most delightful person ever. My mother(deceased) and I (Denise)loved her as our neighbor. My condolences to Rev. Applewhite, Chris, and the family during your time of sorrow.

Joyce was a former co-worker at Sentara Rehab Center. She took great pride in her work and patients. There was nothing that you could ask of her that she wouldn't do. Her topics of conversation was always her family and her faith. You will be missed. My condolences and prayers to her family.

To my cousin Wayne: May God give you strength , and continue to bless you in your time of sorrow. Joyce was a beautiful and sweet person . She will be greatly missed.. Our prayers are with you❤❤
