WEST BOYLSTON- Joyce A. (Nadow) Benoit, 67, passed away Thurs., May 31. She leaves her husband of 49 years, David E. Benoit; a son, Edward D. Benoit of Sterling; a daughter, Pamela L. Jacques of W. Boylston; her father, Stillman Nadow of W. Boylston; a brother, Edward Nadow of Holland, VT; a sister, Marcia Martin of W. Boylston; three grandchildren, Keith and Caryn Benoit and Jesse Jacques; several nephews and nieces. Her mother, Arline (Lewis) Nadow and a grandson, Tyler W. Jacques, predeceased her.
She was born in Worcester attended Wachusett Regional High School and graduated from Major Edwards High School. Joyce once worked at The Fair in the receiving department and later worked at Oakdale Nursing Home. She was a former Sunday school teacher at the First Congregational Church in W. Boylston.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 5th at 11:00 AM in the First Congregational Church, 26 Central St., W. Boylston. Burial will follow in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Visiting hours are Monday, June 4th from 5:00-8:00 PM in FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME,. 1 W. Boylston St., W. Boylston. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the W.
